The namesake Gap brand was the standout performer, with comparable sales rising 10% on top of a 5% increase a year ago, while net sales climbed 10% year over year to $796 million. Management highlighted strength across women's and men's apparel, a return to growth in kids and baby, and denim as a key market-share driver, alongside a third straight quarter of reduced discounting.
