Global Connections Public Company Limited, or GC, reported a second-quarter net profit of 146.4 million baht, up 214.83% from the same period last year, after sales revenue rose 40.91% to 1.973 billion baht. Sales volume increased 18.18% due to higher product demand during the Middle East crisis and product prices rising in line with crude oil. Gross profit grew 166.5% to 278.8 million baht, while the gross profit margin after deducting freight costs rose to 14.13%, despite setting aside an allowance for inventory devaluation of 59.8 million baht. As for the financial position at the end of the quarter, total assets increased 41.06% to 2.532 billion baht and total liabilities rose 53.13% to 1.738 billion baht, resulting in a debt-to-equity ratio of 2.19 times. The company announced an interim dividend payment of 0.25 baht per share, with the XD date on 24 August 2026 and the dividend payment on 9 September 2026.
