General Dynamics announced Thursday that its Mission Systems business secured a $184.25M contract to manufacture Full Rate Production Next-Generation Electronics Attack Units, or NGEAU. The contract also covers NGEAU sustainment support and future sustainment support for advanced capability mission computers. Work will be performed in Bloomington, Minnesota, and is expected to be completed by September 2032. The U.S. Navy will initially obligate $40.06M, including $29.69M from fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement funds and $10.37M from fiscal 2025 funds, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane is the contracting activity.
