GitLab Inc reported second-quarter revenue and profit that beat analyst estimates, sending its shares up more than 14% on Wednesday morning. The DevSecOps platform provider posted revenue of $286.3 million, above the $273 million expected and up 21% year-over-year, with adjusted earnings per share of $0.24 topping estimates of $0.18. Non-GAAP operating income reached $42.6 million, well ahead of the $31.2 million projected. The company's new consumption-based AI offering, GitLab Flex, saw triple-digit annual recurring revenue growth, and net ARR growth exceeded 40% year-over-year with record gross bookings. For the third quarter, GitLab guided revenue of $281 million to $283 million and adjusted EPS of $0.19 to $0.20, while raising its fiscal 2027 outlook to revenue of $1.129 billion to $1.133 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.85 to $0.87.
