Growth2Success has signed a multiyear distribution agreement to place up to 10,000 workers per month across 30 enterprise nationwide trucking carriers using its AI-powered recruiting platform Nurtureme. The deal targets the driver and support staff shortage in America’s $900 billion trucking industry, where carriers lose drivers faster than they can hire them. Nurtureme operates as a distribution engine that uses coordinated AI agents to engage, qualify, and onboard candidates, including driver qualification file workflows via direct Tenstreet integration. Co-founder and CEO Jonathan Castell said the platform addresses the broken distribution layer between interested applicants and carriers, moving thousands of people to work monthly at speeds manual recruiting cannot match. This trucking agreement is the first large-scale deployment of Nurtureme’s distribution model in a single vertical.
