Guanghui Logistics Co LtdNet profit expected to drop over 90% due to declines in energy logistics and real estate segments.

Guanghui Logistics disclosed its 2026 semi-annual results forecast, estimating net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company at 10 million to 14 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 94.62% to 96.16%. The company said the sharp decline was mainly due to year-on-year drops in net profit from both its energy logistics and real estate segments. Second-quarter freight volume on the Hongnao Railway was significantly affected by maintenance on the Lanzhou–Xinjiang line and freight rate negotiations, while the real estate segment saw a performance decline due to reduced sales and deliveries of remaining units. In addition, a year-on-year decrease in compensation for losses from the shutdown of the Meiju Logistics Park project further dragged down current-period results. The company was previously ordered by the Sichuan branch of the China Securities Regulatory Commission to rectify its failure to meet the lower limit of a share buyback, and both revenue and net profit had already declined for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
