Guidewire Software guided fiscal 2027 annual recurring revenue to $1.45 billion to $1.46 billion, supported by an 84% cloud ARR mix, as the company reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter results. ARR for fiscal 2026 finished at $1.242 billion, up 19% year-over-year, with subscription and support revenue growing 33%. The company also signed a long-term cloud migration agreement with Nationwide to move its entire InsuranceSuite estate to the Guidewire Cloud Platform, and selected PricingCenter for personal lines pricing and rating. For fiscal 2027, total revenue is expected between $1.707 billion and $1.727 billion, with non-GAAP operating income between $403 million and $423 million and cash flow from operations between $445 million and $465 million. Management noted that more than half of the net new ARR contemplated in the outlook is already under contract, and the company repurchased $606 million in stock during fiscal 2026.
