Picpay Holdings Netherlands N.V. Class A Common SharesAlleged IPO disclosure omissions regarding deficient credit evaluation procedures and undisclosed spike in Stage 3 formation rate.

Hagens Berman is investigating claims that PicS N.V.'s January 2026 IPO documents contained misrepresentations and omissions. The investor class action alleges that PicS knew before the IPO that its credit evaluation procedures were deficient and required enhancement. The complaint states that enhancement procedures led to reclassifying approximately R$590 million of exposures from Stage 2 to Stage 3 and an incremental expected credit loss charge of R$88 million in the fourth quarter of 2025. It also alleges a spike in the Stage 3 formation rate from 3.8% in the third quarter to over 7% in the fourth quarter, which was not disclosed in the offering documents. The lead plaintiff deadline is August 4, 2026.
