GRAIL, LLCSecurities class action lawsuit alleging GRAIL misled investors about NHS-Galleri trial design and efficacy, causing 50.55% share drop.

National shareholder rights firm Hagens Berman is investigating claims in a pending securities class action against GRAIL, Inc. alleging the company misled investors about the clinical design and efficacy of its NHS-Galleri cancer screening trial. The lawsuit, covering a class period from May 13, 2025 to February 19, 2026, contends GRAIL concealed that its three-year follow-up period was insufficient to meet the primary endpoint of a statistically significant reduction in late-stage cancer diagnoses. On February 19, 2026, GRAIL disclosed the trial failed that endpoint and admitted it probably should have allowed a longer follow-up, causing shares to drop approximately 50.55% and erasing over $2.2 billion in market capitalization. Investors who suffered substantial losses have until August 4, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment.
