Halliburton CompanyWins contract for field services in Iraq, boosting revenue and production outlook.

Halliburton has secured a contract from Basra Oil Company to deliver integrated field management services for the Bin Umar and Sindbad oil and gas fields in southern Iraq. The contract covers field development planning, production optimisation, digital solutions, and engineering, procurement and construction management services. Halliburton will implement its Landmark portfolio to establish a digital framework connecting subsurface insights, well delivery, production operations and business planning. Production at the Bin Umar field could reach around 150,000 barrels of oil per day and 300 million standard cubic feet per day of associated gas during the first five years of the development phase. The programme aims to increase oil output and enhance the capture and use of associated gas for domestic supply, supporting Iraq's energy security goals.
