Harrow Health IncReiterates full-year guidance despite weak first half; pricing changes and acquisition costs create mixed outlook.

Harrow Inc. reiterated its full-year revenue guidance of $350 million to $365 million despite first-half revenue of about $115 million falling short of management's expectations. The company now needs roughly $235 million to $250 million in the second half, a steep ramp that CFO Andrew Boll acknowledged. First-half results were pressured by pricing changes tied to VEVYE, though the product grew prescriptions 21% sequentially and revenue 58% year over year to $29.4 million. IHEEZO delivered record quarterly demand of 65,477 units despite losing pass-through reimbursement, and TRIESENCE posted record demand of 14,529 units, up 162% year over year. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $1.2 million for the quarter, and the pending TYRVAYA acquisition adds about $20 million in annualized SG&A.
