Hatch and Maaden have signed a strategic delivery owner-partnership agreement to accelerate Maaden's growth ambitions. The agreement confirms Hatch as Maaden's strategic delivery partner for the development and execution of its significant project pipeline, following a memorandum of understanding signed in January 2026. The signing ceremony was attended by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and other senior officials from Canada and Saudi Arabia. Hatch will leverage its global network of specialists, including expertise based in Canada, to support the program, building on more than three decades of work with Maaden in Saudi Arabia. A core pillar of the partnership is a combined commitment to develop capabilities and skills to position the metals industry as a long-term engine of Saudi Arabia’s economy.
