Since last quarter, Healthcare Realty closed or placed under contract approximately $200 million of joint venture acquisitions, of which its share is about $40 million at a blended cash yield of roughly 7.5%, and closed or placed under contract $83 million at share of dispositions at a sub-5% cap rate. The company also issued $700 million of 3.00% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2032, primarily to repay $600 million of senior notes due 2026, and repurchased 3.8 million shares of common stock in connection with the offering.
