Helen of Troy LtdRaised fiscal 2027 net sales guidance and strong Q1 sales growth of 8.2% driven by Home & Outdoor and Beauty & Wellness segments.

Helen of Troy has raised its fiscal 2027 net sales guidance to a range of $1.759 billion to $1.831 billion, up from the prior forecast of $1.751 billion to $1.822 billion, while maintaining adjusted earnings per share of $3.25 to $3.75. The company also kept its adjusted EBITDA outlook at $190 million to $197 million and free cash flow at $85 million to $100 million. First-quarter consolidated sales rose 8.2%, driven by 9.5% growth in Home & Outdoor and 7% in Beauty & Wellness, though gross margin contracted 110 basis points to 46% due to tariffs and a less favorable customer mix. Management cited revenue risk from expected supply disruptions tied to Middle East conflict and said it is not yet assuming benefits from future tariff-refund phases beyond the approximately $9.2 million Phase 1 pretax refund embedded in the outlook.
