HelloFresh SEHelloFresh SE reported second quarter profit of 2.5 million euros, down from 13.3 million euros a year earlier, with earnings per share of 0.02 euros versus 0.08 euros. AEBIT excluding impairment fell 42.7% to 58.1 million euros from 101.4 million euros, while AEBITDA declined to 120.6 million euros from 158.5 million euros. Revenue dropped 7.8% in constant currency to approximately 1.5 billion euros from 1.7 billion euros, with the Meal Kits segment down 8.9% and the Ready-to-Eat segment down 8.4% in constant currency. The company reconfirmed its 2026 Group AEBITDA outlook of 375-425 million euros in constant currency, and said group revenue in constant currency is trending towards the bottom end of the previously published 3% to 6% decline range. HelloFresh shares closed at 3.44 euros on Deutsche Boerse Xetra, down 0.84%.
