Hexing Packaging has decided to terminate the Longyao smart eco-friendly packaging industrial park project and dispose of related assets, which is expected to reduce total profit for 2026 by approximately 14.74 million yuan. The project had a total investment of about 360 million yuan. Due to regional capacity consolidation and optimization, changes in the market environment, and the need to optimize group resource allocation, actual capacity utilization fell short of expectations, unit production costs were high, and it was difficult to achieve the preset profitability level. The company stated that there are already multiple production bases around the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region that can cover regional orders, so the Longyao industrial park does not need to operate independently, and this asset disposal will not have a significant impact on production and operations. In the first quarter of 2026, Hexing Packaging achieved revenue of 2.671 billion yuan, up 7.04 percent year-on-year, with net profit attributable to the parent company of 40.69 million yuan, down 18.2 percent year-on-year.
