Hinge Health, Inc.Raised 2026 revenue guidance and beat Q2 expectations, with operating margin expansion.

Hinge Health raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $856 million to $860 million and announced a definitive agreement to acquire Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash. The company reported second-quarter revenue of $213 million, beating expectations, with operating income of $62 million and an operating margin that expanded to 29 percent from 19 percent. The raised outlook includes an expected $7 million to $8 million contribution from Cylinder, which is set to close around the end of August or early September and will support a broader gastrointestinal health rollout targeted for 2027. CEO Daniel Perez said the acquisition gives Hinge Health an 18- to 24-month head start in GI, with Cylinder bringing nearly 100 clients covering 2 million lives and established partnerships with two of the three largest pharmacy benefit managers and three of the top five national health plans. The company also highlighted momentum in its Migraine Care Program, now with over 450 clients and more than 5 million covered lives, and said its active pipeline remains ahead of last year, including a Fortune 15 win displacing a competitor for nearly 300,000 lives.
