Hisun Pharmaceutical announced it has signed an exclusive licensing and collaboration agreement with Atiya Shanghai Pharmaceutical Company, acquiring the rights to develop, register, produce, and commercialize its Class 1 innovative chemical drug TISA-818, a systemic formulation, in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Hisun will become the marketing authorization holder in the region and obtain an exclusive license. Under the agreement, the company will pay Atiya an upfront fee of 45 million yuan, and cumulative development milestone payments of up to 100 million yuan upon achieving subsequent development milestones. If the product is successfully launched, the company will pay sales royalties based on actual annual net sales, and sales milestone incentive payments during the core patent protection period, with cumulative payments not exceeding 200 million yuan. In the first quarter of 2026, Hisun Pharmaceutical achieved revenue of 2.39 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 356 million yuan.
