Net loss attributable to the parent was 34.34 million yuan, compared with a profit of 24.62 million yuan in the same period last year. Net loss after deducting non-recurring items was 42.35 million yuan, compared with a profit of 13.91 million yuan a year earlier. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 59.06 million yuan, versus negative 129 million yuan in the prior-year period. Basic loss per share was 0.11 yuan, and weighted average return on equity was negative 1.12%. The company mainly designs, develops, produces and sells panel-based whole-house custom furniture and supporting home products. As of the end of the first half, inventory fell 32.37% from the end of last year, contract liabilities decreased 36.33%, the current ratio was 2.88, and the quick ratio was 2.44.
