HP IncHP narrowed its full-year non-GAAP earnings guidance and set Q3 guidance below expectations, despite a Q2 beat.

HP shares have declined 8.4% since its last earnings report, underperforming the S&P 500. The company reported fiscal second-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of 86 cents per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 19.4%, while revenue rose 9% year over year to $14.4 billion. Personal Systems revenue, which accounts for 71% of net revenues, grew 13% to $10.2 billion, but total PC units fell 7%. Printing revenue, making up 29% of net revenues, was flat at $4.2 billion, with total hardware units down 7%. HP narrowed its full-year non-GAAP earnings guidance to a range of $2.90 to $3.10 per share, from the prior $2.90 to $3.20, and set third-quarter guidance at 61 to 71 cents per share.
