Hewlett Packard Enterprise reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $12.2 billion, up 34% year over year, with company-defined non-GAAP free cash flow rising to $958 million from $790 million. The company's balance sheet expanded as inventory reached $11.823 billion, up from $6.352 billion at fiscal year-end, while accounts payable grew to $13.734 billion from $7.731 billion. Networking revenue, which includes a full quarter of Juniper Networks, reached $2.9 billion, up 74.9% year over year, with a segment operating margin of 22.0%, flat versus 22.1% a year earlier. Cumulative Networks for AI orders hit $2.2 billion, and the company raised its fiscal year-end objective to $2.5 billion to $3.0 billion. HPE now expects at least $3.75 billion of fiscal 2026 free cash flow and at least $5.0 billion in fiscal 2027, with Juniper integration targeting $600 million in annualized cost synergies by fiscal 2028.
