The project is located in Yuehu District, Yingtan City, with a total renovated floor area of 111,398.18 square meters, of which the ward renovation area is 50,817.58 square meters, involving three parts: the south district, north district, and traditional Chinese medicine district, including renovations of the inpatient building, outpatient building, and medical technology building, with a construction period of 730 calendar days. The company stated that if the project is signed into a formal contract and implemented smoothly, it is expected to have a positive impact on net profit in future years, but the formal contract has not yet been signed and the contract terms remain uncertain.
