Net assets attributable to the parent were 832 million yuan, down 2.4% from the end of the previous year. The company said revenue from emergency command and video communications businesses declined during the reporting period, mainly due to industry cycle effects and tighter customer procurement demand, which led to a drop in total orders. At the same time, workforce structure optimization and cost reduction and efficiency measures lowered labor costs and related expenses, while the completion of depreciation on earlier projects also reduced depreciation costs, pushing operating costs down and narrowing the loss.
