HUMAIN makes a strategic investment in MOZN, expanding its AI portfolio and market reach.
HUMAIN, a technology company backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, has announced a strategic investment in Riyadh-based enterprise AI firm MOZN. The deal includes a partnership to jointly develop and implement production-scale AI solutions for clients in financial services and the public sector, with HUMAIN's investment primarily supporting MOZN's international expansion and the scaling of its sovereign AI platform. MOZN's AI products are used by more than 150 customers in high-assurance domains such as financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and decision intelligence. The companies will combine HUMAIN's full AI stack and next-generation data centre capabilities with MOZN's domain-specific products and its Forward Deployed Engineering approach, making co-developed solutions available via the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace. The first joint solutions and client deployments are expected to be unveiled at LEAP Riyadh, with broader commercial availability planned for the second half of 2026.
