Hyperscale Data, Inc.Company sells bitcoin and secures credit facility to fund AI data center campus, with expected revenue over $1.2 billion from master services agreement.

Hyperscale Data Inc. has begun monetizing part of its bitcoin treasury to fund construction at its Michigan AI data center campus. The company sold about 100 bitcoin and directed the proceeds toward construction, critical infrastructure, and long-lead equipment tied to a master services agreement with an unnamed neo-cloud AI infrastructure provider. That agreement initially covers roughly 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity over 10 years, with two five-year extension options, and is expected to generate more than $1.2 billion if it reaches the maximum term. The customer also holds an option for another 32 megawatts, which if exercised within the first two years and extended across the full contract period would raise total expected revenue above $3 billion. Hyperscale Data has paired the bitcoin sale with a new credit facility that allows borrowing against its remaining holdings at variable rates expected to range from 4.5% to 5%, providing non-equity capital while reducing dependence on short-term share issuance.
