Hyperscale Data, Inc.Subsidiary signs $1.2B AI compute deal, with potential to exceed $3B.

Hyperscale Data announced that its subsidiary, Alliance Cloud Services, has signed a long-term services agreement with a California-based cloud infrastructure provider. The master services agreement provides for the deployment of 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity expected to be operational during the fourth quarter of 2026, with an option for the customer to expand up to a total of 52 megawatts. The initial term is 10 years with two five-year extension options, and if exercised for the maximum term, the agreement is expected to generate in excess of $1.2 billion in revenue. The customer also has a right to an additional 32 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity, which, if exercised within the first two years of the initial term and continued through the two five-year extension options, would be expected to result in total contract revenue exceeding $3 billion.
