The International Insurance Society has announced the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow class of 2026, a global group of emerging insurance executives, with select participants set to share insights at the 62nd Global Insurance Forum in London this November. The program, sponsored by Reinsurance Group of America as Gold Partner, pairs mentees with senior executive mentors to address strategic issues and foster peer collaboration. Mentees conduct research and present original papers, with one outstanding participant receiving the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow Award and others featured on a next-generation leadership panel. The 2026 Global Insurance Forum, themed Turning Volatility Into Value, will also include sessions on CEO strategy, AI at scale, capital playbooks, pension risk transfer, and innovation awards.
