Intermedical Care and Lab Hospital Public Company Limited, or IMH, reported first-half net profit of 51.2 million baht and a net profit margin of 12 percent, driven by success in expanding its international patient base and medical tourism market. Second-quarter net profit was 22.89 million baht. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Sittiwat Kamkidwong said the company is preparing to open IMH Silom International Hospital at the Piyamit Building under a 30-year long-term lease, with full service expected to begin in early 2027 and a target of generating additional revenue of about 480 million baht per year. Meanwhile, the board of directors has set the record date for the free allocation of IMH-W2 warrants to existing shareholders at a ratio of two existing shares per one warrant unit, with an exercise price of 6 baht per share, on 31 August 2026.
