Japan's MHLW approved Minjuvi for relapsed/refractory DLBCL, expanding its market.

Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has approved Incyte's Minjuvi in combination with lenalidomide for adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The approval is supported by data from the global Phase II L-MIND study and Japan's Phase Ib/II J-MIND trial, which showed strong response rates and durable clinical benefits with a manageable safety profile. Common side effects included neutropenia and thrombocytopenia. This marks Minjuvi's second approval in Japan, following its earlier authorization for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma, and expands treatment options for patients with this aggressive blood cancer.
