Indiana American Water announced that its Muncie – White River Water Treatment Plant and Kokomo – Wildcat Creek Water Treatment Plant have each received the 25-Year Directors Award from the Partnership for Safe Water. The awards recognize 25 years of consistent excellence in water treatment optimization and regulatory compliance. The American Water Works Association presented the honors, which are part of a voluntary program that pushes utilities beyond regulatory requirements. Indiana American Water is a subsidiary of American Water, the largest regulated water and wastewater utility in the United States.
