Inficon HoldingRecord Q2 sales, raised guidance, improved margins, and strong cash flow.

Inficon Holding AG posted record second-quarter sales of $198.1 million, an 18% year-over-year increase, and raised its full-year 2026 guidance to between $750 million and $780 million in sales with a 19% to 20% operating margin. Operating income margin improved to 21.3% from 15.1% a year earlier, while operating cash flow nearly doubled to $48 million. The company saw exceptional order intake with a book-to-bill ratio well above one, driven by the steepest incline ever recorded, particularly in semiconductor and vacuum coating. Sales in the security and energy segment declined 31% due to the timing of large government programs, and China sales grew a slower 5.6% despite strong orders. Inficon also launched a new leak detection product using air and argon, which it sees as a potential breakthrough in the HVAC market.
