INmune Bio has submitted its CORDStrom™ platform patent application into the U.S. national phase before the USPTO, advancing a key element of its global intellectual property strategy. The filing follows a favorable Written Opinion received during the international phase of the corresponding PCT application, which validated the novelty and inventiveness of the underlying asset. The application covers the company's lead program Ebstrocel for epidermolysis bullosa as well as next-generation engineered modalities, with protection projected to extend into at least 2045 if granted. INmune Bio also expects to pursue corresponding patent applications in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and other major markets.
