Infraset Public Company Limited, or INSET, announced that its share buyback programme for financial management has ended on 15 September 2026. Managing Director Sakbaworn Pukkanasut stated that the company repurchased a total of 4 million shares, representing 0.49% of all issued shares, with a total value of 11.33 million baht, against a budget framework set at no more than 116 million baht and a maximum buyback of 40 million shares, or 4.92% of all issued shares. The programme was approved by the company's board of directors meeting on 10 March 2026, and the buyback was carried out through the Stock Exchange of Thailand's trading system between 16 March and 15 September 2026.
