Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo expects first-half 2026 net profit between approximately $33.5 million and $39.5 million, driven by revenue growth from out-licensing, co-development, and research collaborations. Revenue is projected in the range of approximately $102.5 million to $106.5 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 272.7% to 287.3%. The company also initiated a Phase III clinical trial of Rentosertib, its lead AI-powered investigational candidate for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, which will enroll 320 participants across 47 centers in China. Rentosertib is the first asset from Insilico's AI-driven pipeline to enter a Phase III trial and previously received Orphan Drug Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in February 2023. Insilico shares rose 10.86% to HK$41.02 following the announcements.
