INVO Fertility Inc. reported a net loss of $5.54 million for the first quarter of 2026, a sharp improvement from the $17.40 million loss a year earlier, largely due to the discontinuation of its NAYA therapeutics subsidiary which had accounted for $15 million of the prior-year loss. Revenue rose 23% to $2.01 million, while adjusted EBITDA showed a loss of $1.26 million compared with a loss of $0.61 million in the same period last year. The company completed the acquisition of Family Beginnings in February, adding a fourth U.S. fertility clinic, and raised $7.1 million through warrant exercises, using $2 million to settle deferred consideration and reduce debt. Cash on hand stood at $4.9 million as of March 31, 2026. Shares fell over 7% in regular trading to close at $1.39 and were down an additional 4.88% in pre-market activity.
