Iradimed CoBookings more than double units shipped, with strong demand for quad pump system.

IRadimed anticipates third-quarter revenue of $23 million to $24.5 million as it more than doubles production of its new 3870 MR IV pump system to over 300 units. The company reported second-quarter revenue of $20.5 million, up 0.5% from a year earlier, with gross margin declining to 74% from 78% due to higher manufacturing costs tied to the first sizable production ramp of the 3870. Bookings in the quarter were more than double the units shipped, and 70% of those orders were for the 4-channel quad pump system, which carries an average selling price north of $110,000. Management reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $91 million to $96 million and raised the non-GAAP diluted earnings per share range to $2.09 to $2.24. The company expects start-up costs experienced in the second quarter to be better than 50% reduced in the third quarter, though lead times for new quad orders are extending toward four to six months amid strong demand.
