Iradimed CoReaffirmed full-year guidance and achieved production target for 3870 pump, despite slight revenue growth and lower EPS.

IRadimed Corporation reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $20.5 million, a 0.5% increase from the prior year, and achieved its manufacturing target of 130 to 135 units for the new 3870 MR IV pump system. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.41, down from $0.45, while non-GAAP diluted EPS were $0.46, excluding stock-based compensation. Gross margin declined to 74% from 78% due to higher manufacturing costs and inefficiencies during the first production ramp of the 3870 pump. The company plans to more than double 3870 production to over 300 units in the third quarter and reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $91 million to $96 million and non-GAAP EPS guidance of $2.09 to $2.24.
