IRGC says Iran’s supreme leader avoids public appearances for security reasons

Mohammad Reza Naqdi, advisor to the supreme commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has revealed that Iran’s supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, refrains from public appearances solely for security reasons. He described it as a strategy because the enemy is criminal and does not abide by any laws. Khamenei has not appeared in public since the United States and Israel launched military operations against Iran, which resulted in the death of his father and previous supreme leader, Ali Khamenei. The Tehran government has repeatedly stressed that Mojtaba Khamenei has no health issues and is not in any danger.
