Iveda Solutions, Inc. shares have dropped 43.4% since reporting second-quarter 2026 results, compared with a 1.5% decline in the S&P 500. The company's quarterly revenues fell 48% year over year to $801,846, with equipment sales down 50% to $723,243, while the net loss widened 41% to $793,469. Loss per share narrowed to 7 cents from 20 cents due to a higher share count. Gross margin improved to 55% from 29% as cost of revenues dropped 66%, but operating expenses rose 18% to $1.15 million. Taiwan generated about 91% of quarterly revenues, while U.S. revenues fell 81%, and the U.S. operating loss widened 20% to $870,608. Management attributed the revenue decline to delivery timing on long-term government contracts in Taiwan, and expects available cash to fund operations for at least 12 months.
