CEO sees path to double-digit growth and plans $55B U.S. investment, including a new biologics facility.

Johnson & Johnson CEO Joaquin Duato said he sees a line of sight to double-digit growth for the $100 billion healthcare giant. The company has 28 platforms each generating $1 billion in revenue, spanning both pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Duato highlighted changes in U.S. tax policies that will enable J&J to invest $55 billion domestically over the next four years, starting with a 500,000-square-foot biologics manufacturing facility in North Carolina focused on cancer, immune-mediated, and neurological diseases. The CEO expects these investments to drive the double-digit expansion.
