Johnson & JohnsonInnovative Medicine segment expected to have fifth consecutive quarter of sales above $15B, driven by key products and new therapies.
Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine segment is expected to have recorded its fifth consecutive quarter of sales above $15 billion in the second quarter of 2026, despite ongoing erosion from Stelara biosimilar competition. Growth was likely driven by key products Darzalex, Tremfya, and Erleada, along with newer therapies such as Carvykti, Tecvayli, Talvey, Rybrevant, and Spravato. However, the negative impact from Stelara's loss of exclusivity is projected to have steepened from the 9.2% drag seen in the first quarter, while sales of Xarelto, Simponi/Simponi Aria, Remicade, and Imbruvica are expected to have continued declining. Investors will also focus on initial sales of the newly approved oral plaque psoriasis pill Icotyde, as well as performance updates on Inlexzoh, a first-of-its-kind drug-releasing system for bladder cancer, and Imaavy for generalized myasthenia gravis. J&J is scheduled to report second-quarter results on July 15.
