JBT Marel reported second-quarter CY2026 revenue of $981 million, in line with analyst estimates, but its non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.95 missed expectations by 3.4%. The food processing and aviation equipment manufacturer also lowered its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $8.10 at the midpoint, a 1.8% decrease, while reconfirming its revenue outlook of $4.03 billion. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $168 million, matching estimates, and backlog rose 10% year on year to $1.54 billion. The stock fell 3.7% to $137 following the release.
