NVIDIA CorporationJefferies forecasts Nvidia's largest revenue beat ever, with Q2 and Q3 revenue above consensus.

Jefferies expects Nvidia to deliver the largest revenue beat in its history when it reports fiscal second-quarter results on Aug. 26. Analyst Blayne Curtis forecasts $95 billion in revenue, nearly $3 billion above the $92.07 billion consensus, after the prior quarter's $81.62 billion beat estimates by about $2.5 billion. The firm also projects third-quarter revenue of $108 billion, about $4.3 billion above consensus, before the next-generation Vera Rubin platform becomes a major contributor. Jefferies expects Rubin revenue to represent 12% of GPU revenue in fiscal third quarter 2027 and over 40% by fiscal fourth quarter 2027, with more than 13,000 Rubin racks shipped by end of 2026 and over 120,000 during 2027. The firm also warns that Nvidia's OpenAI-related financing could revive concerns over circular AI spending even as underlying GPU demand remains exceptionally strong.
