From July 2, 2026 to the announcement date, it accumulated an additional 5.0657 million shares of the company through centralized bidding, representing 0.31 percent of the company's total share capital. The total increase amount was 37.7251 million yuan, exceeding the planned minimum of 30 million yuan. After the increase, Shengtai Investment's shareholding ratio rose from 8.28 percent to 8.59 percent, and its combined shareholding ratio with persons acting in concert rose from 12.02 percent to 12.33 percent. Shengtai Investment undertakes not to reduce its shareholding in the company during the increase period and within the statutory period.
