Zhejiang Jianye Chemical Co LtdCompany expects H1 2026 net profit to fall 59-64% due to a 73.5 million yuan tax penalty, with Q2 swinging to a loss.

Jianye Chemical announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026 to be between 42 million yuan and 48 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 59.40% to 64.48%. Operating revenue and operating profit for the period increased slightly compared with the same period last year. The main reason for the expected decline in net profit attributable to owners of the parent is that the company made a supplementary tax payment and late payment surcharge totaling 73.5208 million yuan after a self-inspection of its tax obligations and withholding obligations. The company expects a net loss of 5 million yuan to 11 million yuan in the second quarter, while net profit in the first quarter was 53 million yuan. Based on this calculation, second-quarter net profit is expected to swing from profit to loss compared with the previous quarter.
