Jingneng Thermal Power's second-largest shareholder, Zhao Yibo, plans to reduce his stake by no more than 7,909,200 shares, or 3% of the total share capital, between August 7 and November 4. Zhao just completed a previous round of reductions from December 2025 to February 2026, cashing out a total of approximately 83.47 million yuan. In addition, specific shareholder Chen Xiuming reduced his holdings by 5,081,300 shares between March 31 and June 28, cashing out approximately 54.42 million yuan. After a slight increase in first-quarter earnings, the company also disclosed that it had paid back value-added tax and surcharges for the years 2023 to 2025 totaling 3.20 million yuan, along with late payment fees of 547,500 yuan, for a combined total of 3.75 million yuan.
