Jinxiandai (300830.SZ) disclosed after market close on September 16 that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Li Feng, along with his concert parties, plan to reduce their combined holdings by no more than 13.4436 million shares over the next three months, representing 2.98% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date, Li Feng directly holds approximately 152 million shares, accounting for 33.65% of total share capital; concert party Jinan Jinsiqi Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) holds 20.6103 million shares, or 4.56%; and Jinan Jinshichuang Business Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) holds 810,000 shares, or 0.18%. Together, the three hold more than 173 million shares, representing 38.40% of total share capital. In this reduction, Li Feng plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.2042 million shares, or 1.82%; Jinsiqi plans to reduce by no more than 5.0469 million shares, or 1.12%; and Jinshichuang plans to reduce by no more than 192,500 shares, or 0.04%. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own capital needs, and the reduction period is from October 16, 2026 to January 15, 2027. The company's performance has remained under pressure over the past three years. Revenue fell to 311 million yuan in 2025, and net profit attributable to the parent turned to a loss of 79.2558 million yuan. In the first half of 2026, revenue was 90.0604 million yuan, with a net loss attributable to the parent of 23.4491 million yuan. The share price has fallen 18.76% cumulatively since the start of this year.
