Shanghai Jiao Yun Group Co LtdCompany unveils first strategy post asset swap, aiming to build integrated platform, signaling growth plans.

Jiushi Sports and Entertainment has released its medium- to long-term strategy for the first time since completing its asset swap, announcing plans to build a listed platform for integrated urban culture, sports, tourism, and transportation operations. The company outlined upgrade paths and development goals for five major segments: modern logistics, top-tier events, landmark venues, the "One River, One Creek" urban waterfront cultural tourism, and cultural and entertainment performances. It plans to build an industrial system featuring a super IP engine, spatial and scenario carriers, a supply chain foundation, and new business growth drivers. In the event operations segment, the company will deepen its involvement with headline IPs such as the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix and the ATP 1000 Shanghai Masters, while also cultivating homegrown independent events. The waterfront cultural tourism segment holds over 50 percent of the vessel market share on the Huangpu River and exclusive operating rights across the entire Suzhou Creek area, and will launch new consumption scenarios such as IP-themed cruise routes. This strategic announcement marks the company's formal transformation into an integrated culture, sports, tourism, and transportation operator.
