Johnson & JohnsonStrong oncology drug sales growth, especially Darzalex, driving revenue and offsetting Stelara patent loss.

Johnson & Johnson is quietly transforming into a growth machine driven by its oncology business, even as many investors overlook the shift. Last quarter's operational revenue growth of 5.7% extended a steady pace, led by cancer drug Darzalex with nearly 19% global sales growth. The company aims to sell at least $50 billion in cancer drugs per year by 2030, up from roughly $30 billion of its projected record-breaking revenue of just over $100 billion this year. This oncology momentum is expected to offset declining sales from Stelara after patent expirations, supporting the Dividend King's 64-year streak of per-share dividend increases.
