Aether Holdings, Inc.Short-seller report alleges fraud, prompting investigation into securities law compliance.

Johnson Fistel, PLLP is investigating Aether Holdings, Inc. on behalf of investors who suffered losses, following a short-seller report alleging fraud. Aether completed its initial public offering in April 2025, selling 1,800,000 shares at $4.30 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $7.74 million, which rose to about $8.901 million after the underwriters fully exercised their over-allotment option. On July 23, 2025, BMF Reports published a report titled “Paper Empire: Nasdaq ($ATHR) The Fraudulent Foundations of Aether Holdings,” accusing the company of fake filings, insider enrichment, lock-up violations, and undisclosed dealings through 28 Ventures, and calling it a blueprint for a pump-and-dump. The report also questioned Aether’s July 2025 announcement that its subsidiary Alpha Edge Media had acquired AltcoinInvesting.co, alleging the site had minimal traffic and no visible monetization. Johnson Fistel is examining whether Aether complied with federal securities laws and encourages affected investors to contact the firm.
